Q: What if the work list is not complete at the end of the scheduled appointment?

A: Prior to the appointment you will be contacted by an HRC representative to review your task list. We will make every effort to assure that that work schedule for the appointment can be completed in the allotted time. In the event of an overrun, incidental time (1/2 hr or less) will be covered by your HRC representative, Additional overrun (agreed to by the customer) will be billed at the standard labor rate.
